Fees

All fees are in Canadian Dollars and are assuming arrival in afternoon of August 3 and departure midday August 6 2011.
 Please visit Accommodations for details on the complete and daily meeting packages offered through the Donald Gordon Centre.

Earlybird Special Rate (February 28th to June 30 2011)

Package 1- Complete Meeting package:
All meals, accommodation, and use of the facilities at the Donald Gordon Center $762.75 + registration $100.00 Package total: $862.75

*Package 2- Meeting package without accommodation:
Lunches, dinners, and use of the facilities at the Donald Gordon Center $389.85 + registration $100.00
Package Total: $489.85

Regular Rate (after June 30 2011)

 Package 1- Complete Meeting package: 
All meals, accommodation, and use of the facilities at the Donald Gordon Center $762.75 + registration $150.00
Package Total: $912.75

*Package 2- Meeting package without accommodation:
Lunches, dinners, and use of the facilities at the Donald Gordon Center $389.85 + registration $150.00

*NOTE
Package 2 is the minimum package which attendees living at home or in other accommodation will pay. You will be responsible for booking your accommodation elsewhere. Please visit  Accommodations if you wish to book a room in Queen’s residence.  These rooms are not booked through Claire Grazette.

Poster Abstract Submission

There is no preset format to follow for submitting abstracts for this meeting. However please be sure to include the following information in your PDF:

  • Author Affiliation
  • Body Text
  • Acknowledgment of funding
  • please try to keep your abstract to one page
  • All abstracts are to be submitted to Dr. Peter Davies at daviesp@queensu.ca
Abstracts should be submitted by June 30th to be selected for oral presentations. Otherwise abstracts will be accepted until the day before the conference.
