However please be sure to include the following information in your PDF:

  • please try to keep your abstract to one page
  • All abstracts are to be submitted to Dr. Peter Davies at daviesp@queensu.ca
  • abstracts should be submitted by June 30th to be selected for oral presentations. Otherwise abstracts will be accepted until the day before the conference.

Posters
  • Posters will be displayed in Conference room B at the Donald Gordon Center.
  • Pins will be provided.
  • Poster boards can accommodate a poster 5' by 3.5' (1.5 meters by 1.0 meter)
  • There are two poster sessions scheduled for Thursday August 4th at 4:00pm and Friday August 5th at 7:00 pm
